Sabbatical Leave Report

In accordance with Article 20.05, upon completion of your sabbatical leave, please submit your report to the Chair/Director of the Department/School. A copy of this report will automatically be sent to the Dean and the Office of Research Services.

The deadline for this report on your sabbatical leave is the first of November following your return; three months following return from sabbatical for librarians.
