Please complete this form if you wish to rent a locker in Vanier College for the Fall/Winter Terms.
At this time, there is NO CHARGE to rent a locker in Vanier College. If/when this changes, a notice will be emailed to everyone registered and a notice will be updated here.
Please note, this form will close when all lockers have been assigned.

NEW requests for lockers are assigned beginning the second week of each new term. Fall Term (Sept-Dec, locker clean out: Dec 15), 30 days after clean out date, contents will be disposed. Winter Term (Jan-Apr, locker clean out: Apr 15), 30 days after clean out date, contents will be disposed. Fall/Winter Terms (Sept-Apr, locker clean out: Apr 15), 30 days after clean out date, contents will be disposed. Summer Term (May-Aug, locker clean out: Aug 15), 30 days after clean out date, contents will be disposed.
Locker Agreement

1. All usage of LAPS Colleges' lockers (located on the first floor of Vanier College) MUST be registered through the Founders College Head Office (216 Founders College).

2. Lockers must be cleared and locks removed no later than the locker clean out dates provided above. Any items left in lockers after the clean out date, will be kept in the College Head office for 30 days at which time they will be disposed of, if still not collected.

3. Students MUST bring their OWN lock at the time of locker selection. Please keep your combination/key in a safe place.

4. If you wish to change lockers, please contact our office at 416-736-5128 or lapscolleges@yorku.ca.

5. Lockers should not be shared or transferred without notifying the LAPS Colleges at 416-736-5128 or lapscolleges@yorku.ca. The person who registered for the locker will be held responsible if there are any problems associated with the rental.

6. To avoid illegal users, please keep your lock on your locker at all times for the duration of the rental and do NOT share your combination/key with anyone.

7. Do NOT store anything of sentimental value or any expensive items in the locker. This includes expensive text books, laptops, etc.

8. Do NOT store alcohol, drugs or illegal substances in the locker.

9. Pre-existing damage to lockers must be reported within the first 24 hours of the initial locker use date.

10. Lockers remain the property of LAPS Colleges.

11. Any misuse of the locker will result in the termination of this agreement and the immediate forfeiture of the locker.

12. Usage of the locker is at your own risk. York University and the LAPS Colleges are not responsible for any missing or damaged items stored in the locker.

13. Any tampering or loss of items must be reported to the LAPS Colleges at 416-736-5128 or lapscolleges@yorku.ca as well as Security in the William Small Centre.

After submitting this Locker Agreement, you can visit the Founders College Head Office located in room 216 Founders College (second floor) to select your locker anytime Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 4:00pm, starting the second week of each new term. This Locker Agreement must be on file before a locker will be assigned. Please remember to bring your own lock AND a government issued piece of ID with your photo.
