Graduate Program in Science and Technology Studies Master’s Program This MACH Form will be used for the Major Research Paper Committee Membership. There are three steps for this new process: 1. MA Students submit their Working MRP Title and the names and emails of their proposed supervisor and second reader. Once this is completed, the proposed supervisor and second reader will be notified by email. 2. Supervisors complete this online form to indicate that they agree to be the supervisor for the student's MRP Committee Membership. 3. Second readers complete this online form to indicate that they agree to serve as a second reader on the student's MRP Committee Membership. Once these three steps are completed, the student, supervisor and second reader will receive an email from the Graduate Program Assistant advising them that the MRP Committee Membership Form submission is completed. This form may also be used to submit any changes that need to be reflected after the original submission has been made.
