This Online form will be used in lieu of hard copy PhD Progress Report form. There are four steps to this new process: 1. PhD Students to submit their PhD Progress Report using this online form. Once this is completed, the supervisor will be notified by email; 2. Supervisors complete this online form in lieu of the hard copy PhD Progress Report. Once this is completed, the PhD student will be notified by email; 3. PhD students to add their comments in reply to the committee comments and sign off on the PhD Progress Report using this online form; 4. GPD approves report. Once these steps are completed, the student, the supervisor and the GPD will receive an email advising them that the PhD Progress Report submission is completed. NOTE: Please do not submit duplicate entries. This report must be completed by May 15th.
