This award celebrates students who have distinguished themselves in the areas of volunteer contributions, service and leadership and who contribute to enhance the York community and making it a better place to learn, work and grow. This award is valued at $250. Students may self-nominate or be nominated by members of the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Professional Studies community in the spring of each year. Each nomination should include a letter outlining the candidate's contributions, up to three supporting letters with at least one from a faculty or staff member, as well a a copy of the candidate's CV.
