If you are restricted from enrolling in one of the Writing Department courses at the undergraduate level, please complete the form to help us investigate why you are unable to enroll. Students will be notified of their permission decision via the phone number and/or email they have provided. Students are expected to check their email on a regular basis for a permission decision notification. Completion of the form does not guarantee enrolment into a course.
