LA&PS Global & Community Engagement (GCE) Events & Outreach Fund

The LA&PS GCE Events & Outreach Fund is intended to support events and outreach initiatives that build inclusiveness, open opportunities for community dialogue, and diversify community engagement at York and within the local and international community.

Application Deadline: February 28, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.

Value and Duration: Applicants may request up to $1,000 per event and one grant two years from the date of an applicant’s last successful GCE submission.

One-page description of the event/outreach activity that includes:

- A description of the event/outreach activity
- Explanation of how the event/outreach strengthens the commitment of LA&PS to the community/external and/or internationalization within the community and/or community of partners
- Name, title, email and organization of collaborators and their role within the event/outreach activity (if applicable)
- Rationale and description of the community and the meaningful impact for the community
- Expected outcome and any plan to sustain the event/outreach beyond this funding
- A draft of the event/outreach program plan (e.g. event schedule) may also be attached
